RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Connect via voice day-in and day-out with customers & prospects ensuring top-of-mind recall and resultant day sale of Dell offerings
• Manage key accounts across the function beyond the technology function like Procurement; Finance; Logistics; HR besides interacting with the top management of course.
• Unearth; Identify and Assist account manager based in the field on large opportunities resulting in accomplishment of shared objectives.
• Continually keep oneself updated with our offerings and competitive offerings resulting in a sustained ability to position DELL better than the best
• Appreciate and believe success in an ‘Inside Sales’ function is a derivative of following consistently a defined and ever- evolving process in a disciplined manner
REQUIREMENTS:
• Should be a Graduate, preferably with a Post Graduation in Business/ Accounting/ Technology
• Should have a minimum of 1.5 years and maximum 6 years – with most or all of it in a Technology Sales/ Pre-Sales/ Marketing/ Product Management/ Consulting function
• Should be dynamic; energetic; aggressive; with fire in the belly; never say die attitude; besides excellent communication skills and a result-oriented philosophy
