Tools expertise: 
->  Working experience with QTP/ Winrunner /Rational Robo / Rational  Robot / Rational Functional Testing (RFT).
->  Experience in writing UDF(user defined functions) for any of the above tools
->  Good knowledge in TSL, SQA basic (test scripting languages,  Mere scripting and playback experience would not suffice)
->  Worked in at least 3 Automation testing projects.
->  Thorough knowledge of Test Life cycle, Test plan creation and review.
->  Exposure to testing methodologies.
->  Experience in effort estimation for Test case writing and Execution.
->  Exposure to defect tracking tools.
