Desired:
Graduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. The Team Leader will have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in AP/AR and in addition will have experience in any one of the
following – Bank Reconciliation, General Accounting processes. Familiarity with SAP/Oracle/ Quickbooks will be a plus.
KRA: The Team Leader will be responsible for coaching, developing, supervising a team of 20 Associates for all aspects of AP/AR. The role is to lead and organise the team in managing the invoice work lists to an established control environment. Responsible for maintaining and reporting invoice processing performance metrics. Recommend, document and implement improvements to AP/AR processes including internal controls, forms, procedures, policies and systems. The Team Leader will learn a minimum of two (2) separate processes in addition to AP/AR with the ability to backfill another Team Leader’s position on a temporary basis plus continue to maintain his/her own account(s). Reports to Duty Manager – Operations or Client Operations
