Quark Media House, Mohali(Chandigarh) is conducting Walk-In Interviews for following position in Technical / Customer Services group.
Position: Technical / Customer Support Associates
Our call centre services include customer care, technical support and other value additions to our customers globally through Voice & Email; to handle technical queries on-line from Quark users globally.
Qualification & Skills:
Graduates/BCA/BE/MBA with excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum 6 months experience in Inbound/Outbound (Voice/Email) International Call center in customer care/technical/telemarketing process
Excellent computer skills, trouble shooting techniques, ability to multi-task and work independently and willing to work in night shifts.
Hands on experience in MAC OSX, QuarkXPress or any well known pagination software preferred.
Exposure to Publishing Industry and Graphic Designing will be a plus.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
