Skills: Experience in designing high performance, scalable middleware and server side components and frameworks
Strong hands-on experience with technologies that power the web. Web Standards & Protocols, Perl, PHP, MySQL, Unix, XML, REST / SOAP, Network Programming, Languages, Methodologies (OOD)
Strong command of CSS, HTML / XHTML, XML / XSLT, DOM methods and properties, AJAX, Javascript, Interactive Design Principles, Cross-browser Development, and Browser Degradation Strategies.
Demonstrable skills in successful application of good Interactive Design Principles.
Passion for delivering great user interfaces.
Quick and eager learner who stays on top of internet technologies in related space.
Ability to collaborate in a fast paced, demanding environment.
Highly desirable: Flash / ActiveScript, Photoshop, Backend Technologies such as PHP / Perl, Agile / XP Methods, Unix / Linux Platforms, Source Code Control (CVS or alike).
