Good Knowledge of Core Java, Java Server Pages ( JSP) and Servlets.
Experience on coding of JSP and Servlets
Knowledge in Hibernate/Spring

Preffered Skills:
Familiarity with Rational Rose Model
Familiar with Three – tier architecture..
Personal Attributes / Competencies required:
Excellent Communication skills – both oracl and Written – in English
Pleasing personality
Mentoring and Team handling experience
Team work , Conceptual Thinking , Analytical thinking , Attention to details , Flexibility,
Structured Programming Techniques , Logic building , Program Construction & Design
IT consulting background preferred.
