Will be handling IT recruitments at middle and senior level.
Resource Management
Manage key vendor relationships that can provide resource supply in support of the company’s business demand.
Handle the entire recruitment process - sourcing, shortlisting,
arranging the interviews, negotiations and issue of offer letter.
Should have knowledge of surfing through portals and other means of sourcing people like headhunting etc.
Providing the company relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe.
Capability to work under pressure, with Result as well as Quality oriented approach.
Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills.
Desired : the desired candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
1. Should have knowledge about End to End Recruitment cycle(Contractuals and Perm).
