Job Description : Ensure team achieves service level targets through implementation of a decided strategy
Continuously collect & analyze data that assists in operating a process such that service level targets are met
Work in deciding & implementing strategy & tactics
Supervise & oversee all day to day operations including reporting , attendance ,requirements & working with technology
Work in tandem with Quality such that this improves the process & helps in achieving service target
