Job Description : To continuously recruit manpower at entry level (sales profile).
To continuously search human talent through portals / small ads for our SIG set up across India.
To come out with innovative ways of talent acquisition.
To close any position within the given deadline.
To manage operational issues of SIG including leaves, payroll and incentives.
Desired : Required candidates with experience in recruitments especially at entry and middle level for BFSI segment.
Candidates with mass recruitment experience will be preferred.
