• Planning, coordinating and execution of field activities
• Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (BSS/TXN/RAN/CME)
• Coordinating with other departments for capacity, quality and operational issues
• Coordinating with customer for operational issues
• Lead the team of technical resources for field activities
• Manage spares, tools and equipments
• Take actions on Opex saving initiatives
• Provisioning of O & M scheduled reports
• Customer complaint handling and resolution
• Installation, commissioning of equipments (BTS, Microwave, Repeaters etc.)
• Interacting with 3rd party vendors
• Hardware and Software up-gradation
BE / BTech in CSE / ECE having 3-5 Years experienence in BSS
Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication / Any PG Course – Any Specialization
