Experience in recruiting in the recruitment/marketing with U.S clients or at least BPO/International Call Center experience would be preferred

Possess excellent interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation, presentation And team management skills.
Self-driven and resourceful with high achievement orientation
Ability to organize and work on tasks in a disciplined manner with a focus on results and deliverables
Must have attention to detail, and aptitude for basic research as well as basic technology applications
