Job Description:
-> This is a call centre job requiring basic call taking experience.
-> Will obtain information; ensure accurate product identification and proper call management system.
-> Will interface with clients, service delivery units, immediate management and other team members to ensure an accurate service request is routed to the appropriate service provider.
-> Call taking/communication capability being the same, people with knowledge of computers and MCP technical certification will be considered for technical support.
-> We are open to considering fresh college graduates with good communication skills.
