Service Support Representatives-Voice
This is a call centre job requiring basic call taking experience.
Will obtain information;ensure accurate product identification and proper call management system. Will interface with clients, service delivery units, immediate management and other team members to ensure an accurate service request is routed to the appropriate service provider.
Call taking/communication capability being the same, people with knowledge of computers and MCP technical certification will be considered for technical support.
We are open to considering fresh college graduates with good communication skills.
