Experience : 4 - 8 years
Skills:
-> Good knowledge on all available mediation products and mediation systems
-> Good knowledge on telecomm switches,IP telephoney, ISP and interfacing
-> Good knowledge on NGN
-> Good knowledge on communication and Data transfer protocol
-> Good knowledge on file formats
-> Conduct workshops with the customer to understand the requirements and the gaps in their OSS architecture
-> Good understanding of Business
-> Ability to own and drive work within challenging timescales is very critical
-> Good team-working skills; ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
-> Good understanding of Project management / Qulaity management processes
-> Good planning and problem solving skills
-> Ability to achieve good working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
-> Excellent communication / presentation skills
-> Programing Experience
