Job Description : Remote Desktop Management using Dameware/Netmeeting, Patch Management, Antivirus Management. SLA driven approach. Awareness about quality process framework like ITIL or ISO desirable. Preferably candidate should have worked on any known Helpdesk ticketing software.
Any Certifications in Windows will be added advantage
