Skills : PL/SQL, Oracle 9

Desired :
> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly. French and Arabic language desirable but not mandatory.
> Sharp analytical skills.
> Experience with Oracle databases version 9 and above with excellent PL/SQL knowledge.
OR

> Experience in Oracle database administration (on Windows, Linux and Unix environments) with a high degree of familiarity with web server administration and networking protocols.
> 2 years of past experience in accounting/payroll processing software will be an added plus.
> Java programming skills is an added plus.
