Executive - Engineering and Commissioning - Process Automation (PLC and DCS)(Job Code: A&D/SP)
Location : Mumbai
Desired Profile :
-> Incumbent should be a BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Electronics / Industrial Electronics / Instrumentation) with 1-6 years of experience in the filed of PLC and DCS System Engineering, Process Logic Design and Plant Commissioning.
-> Incumbent should have worked on any reputed make of PLC and DCS.
-> Experience in the Process Areas of Food and Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Bulk Chemicals, Polyester Lines is desirable.
-> Practical experience in Pharma Validation Life Cycles, S-88 or IES61508 (Fail Safe) Processes would be an added advantage.

The selected candidates would be a part of dynamic team of expert engineering and commissioning professionals working on trend setting technologies in Process Automation and industrial Networking.
Job responsibilities involve Conceptualization, Engineering, Software responsibilities, Validation and Commissioning of High-End PLC and DCS Automation Systems. The incumbent may be placed either in the group working on the national or the international projects.
Executive-Engineering and Commissioning - Process Automation Specialist - FDA Validation (Job Code: A&D/SP-Val)
Location : Mumbai
Desired Profile :
-> Incumbent should be a BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Electronics / Industrial Electronics / Instrumentation) with 1-6 years of experience in the filed of PLC and DCS System Engineering, Process Logic Design and Plant Commissioning. Incumbent should have either of the following experiences,
-> Worked in a reputed pharmaceutical company (having a drug manufacturing setup) and have hands on experience with FDA validation related documentation of atleast one major automated manufacturing process in the plant. This experience should include a complete life cycle i.e. from URS to PQ.
-> Worked in a consultancy based company or an engineering house with a profile of hands on experience with FDA validation related documentation of at least one major automated manufacturing process in a pharmaceutical plant. This experience should include a complete life cycle i.e. from URS to PQ.
-> The incumbent should have thorough knowledge about GAMPV4x procedures, FDA 21CFR11 Clauses, GAMP V model and the documents related to each state of the life cycle.

The selected candidate would be a part of a dynamic team of expert professionals, working on advanced automation pharmaceutical plants and complete “Validation lifecycle” execution.
Job responsibilities involve Conceptualization, Engineering, Software Development, Validation and Commissioning of High-End PLC and DLC Automation Systems predominantly in pharmaceutical plants covering Chem-APIs & Bio-APIs.
Executive-Engineering and Commissioning - Drives (AC & DC) (Job Code: A&D/D)
Location : Mumbai
Desired Profile :
-> Incumbent should be a BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Electronics) with 2-8 years of experience in the filed of Drives System Engineering and Commissioning.
-> The incumbent should have an experience in Conceptualizing, Engineering and Commissioning of AC and DC Variable Speed Drive Systems and Servo Drive Systems (Motion Control) of reputed makes.
-> Experience in the Application Areas of Cranes, Printing, Packaging, Converting, Plastics and Textiles would be an added advantage.

The selected candidates would be a part of a team of globally recognized expert engineering & commissioning professionals working on trend setting technologies in AC / DC Drive System and Servo Drive Systems.
Job responsibilities involve Concept Formulation, System Engineering, Application Software Development and Commissioning of Medium and Large Drive Systems, Motion control Systems in the above mentioned industry segments. The incumbent will get an opportunity to work on prestigious national and international projects.
