Technical Support Associates
Our call centre services include customer care, technical support and other value additions to our customers globally through Voice & Email.To handle technical queries on-line from Quark users globally.
Qualification & Skills:
Graduates/BCA/BE/MBA with excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum 6 months experience in Inbound/Outbound (Voice/Email) International Call center in customer care/technical/telemarketing process.
Excellent computer skills, trouble shooting techniques, ability to multi-task and work independently.
Hands on experience in MAC OSX, QuarkXPress or any well known pagination software preferred.
Exposure to Publishing Industry and Graphic Designing will be a plus.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply for Tech Support.
Enterprise Support Engineers
Enterprise Support group is seeking talented engineers with a passion for supporting world-class enterprise solutions against exacting requirements. Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of relevant industry experience, want to be part of a dynamic team and are comfortable working in night shifts and be committed to provide exceptional support services for our global customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Quark’s Enterprise Product Installations via Phone Calls, Emails and remote logins. Perform local testing and communicate all issues internally and externally with complete knowledge of managing customer expectations. Maintain Customer setup and databases for mission critical applications.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ year experience of supporting Enterprise Solutions for global clients. BE / MCA/ MSc with Excellent Communication skills
(Both verbal and written) Good Hardware / Networking knowledge - to troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls etc.
Strong exposure to Solaris & Macintosh environments.
Publishing Domain knowledge OR French/German skills will be plus.
