-> Should have Excellent academic record
-> Should have good communication Skills
-> Should have been associated with the same employer for a minimum of 1 year.
-> Should have interacted with clients on a day-to-day basis.
-> Should be aware of the entire SDLC.
-> Should have at least one end-to-end implementation experience.
-> Should be able to travel to anywhere whenever required
