-> Providing Desktop & Laptop support to end users
-> Providing Level 1 Support for Printer & Email Problems
-> Configuring Lotus Notes Email Address’
-> Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated
-> Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations
-> Installing dept Specific softwares, authorized by the company
