-> Troble shooting connectivity issues for ISPs(Dial and DSL connections).
-> Involves working in rotational shifts.

Voice and Accent Trainers
-> Excellent communication skills
-> Classroom training of new hires
-> Supporting the hiring process
-> Content development
-> At least 12 month exp. in training
-> Has been involved in class room training for at least 9 months
-> Prior experience in voice and accent training.

Process Trainers
-> Excellent communication skills
-> Techinical trainingexperience(preferably from an ISP background)
-> At least 12 months of experience in training
