Voice – Technical Support:
-> Excellent Communication skills
-> Graduates, post-graduates and diploma-holders from any educational background can apply
-> Trouble shooting connectivity issues for ISPs (Dial and DSL connections)
-> Would involve working in rotational shifts
Team Leaders – Technical Process:
-> Span of control of 10-15 associates
-> Delivering results as per SLAs, good people management and attrition management
-> Currently leading a team (in an international process) of around 10-20 associates for at least 9 months
-> Good Communication skills
Operations Managers:
-> 4 – 5 years of BPO experience
-> Prior experience in voice based technical process (preferably from an ISP background)
-> Prior experience in handling teams (should have handled a team of 60-100 people)
-> Good Communication skills
-> Good people management skills
Process Trainers:
-> Technical training experience (preferably from an ISP background)
-> Excellent Communication Skills
-> At least 12 months’ experience in training
