Job Description
-> Trouble shooting skill on Windows 2000/XP /2003 / Win NT/Win 2K/XP
-> Knowledge on Hardware Assembling and troubleshooting
-> Knowledge on DNS, WINS, DHCP,RAS Remote connectivity Tools
-> Installation and trouble shooting skills on all Microsoft Applications and Software’s.
-> Should know basics of Networking.
-> Experience is mailing clients (lotus notes or MS outlook) is must
-> Polite Customers interaction, attitude and Quick Analysis of problems is required

Candidate Profile
-> Candidate must be an Graduate/Diploma in polytechnic (10+2+Diploma)
-> Open to work in shifts
-> Must possess excellent communication skills
