• Excellent Communication / Negotiation skills
• Good understanding of AR Cycle, from billing to collections; Dispute resolutions and Quer y Management
• Call Center exp. is a must and exp. in handling international clients is highly desirable
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
* We are also looking at hiring candidates with 1- 4 years of experience with Cash Application Process with experience in AR Cycle – from billing to collections and applying cash
