Experience : 0 - 4 YearsÂ
Qualification:Minimum of 12 years of completed education. Any Graduate /Persuing Graduation / Diploma.
Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International or domestic Call centre will be at an advantage.
Involves working in all shifts.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working on computers
General awareness and fundamental mathematical abilities
Skills : Should have excellent communication skills
Involves handling inbound Calls and resolving customer queries. Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.
Should be comfortable work in all Shifts .
Patient and should have ability to handle any kind of customer queries.
Job primarily involves interacting with US (Night Shift)
