Should ‘posses’ very good knowledge of IT staffing process in US. Specifically knowledge of how 1099, W2 and Corp-Corp works in the US.
Ability to identify new opportunities for US consulting services in prospective and existing clients.
Effective interaction with senior management (C level) at prospect companies to identify areas of âneedsâ.
Need to be a team player and with excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to independently develop pipeline and execute prospect accounts penetration strategy
Proven ability to negotiate and manage large contracts.
Understands the USA markets and the nuances of doing business in that market
