Job Description:
1. Welcome student walk ins at the Centre.
2. Follow up on leads generated through various sources – email, telephone, reference etc.
3. Capture student profile for Advise and Assistance.
4. Advise and guide aspiring students about the various study options (Indian and International) as per the policy of the Company.
5. Student Conversion to meet revenue and product targets for the center.
6. Help students complete admission application process – draft Statement of Purpose, Letter of motivation and other similar documents required for the application process in programs for India and Abroad.
7. Conduct helpline personally to assist students with their doubts/ difficulties.
8. Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrollment System. (MIS)
9. Administration and Management of the Center.
10. Cross Selling Products.

5. Maturity to interact with students between the age group of 22 to 35
