Experience : 3 - 6 years
Skills :
-> Strong Core Java fundamentals(Including Collections, Exceptions, Concept of Interfaces abstract classes, Access specifies, Constructors, JDBC, Threading etc)
-> Good practical knowledge on JSP, HTML, JavaScript, Servelets
-> Understanding of projects
-> Clear understanding of projects worked on and business implications and benefits
-> SDLC : Good understanding of different phases
-> OOPs concepts
-> Practical understanding of concepts and ability to use them in different situations
-> Design : Good exposure to Design patterns
-> Good practical exposure to EJBs
-> Practical exposure to one Web server and one app server
-> Working knowledge on at least one standard data base
-> Good Communication skills
Qualifications : Consistent first class academic record with a full time BSc /BE /MSc / Mtech / ME /MCA / MBA
