Job Description:
Experience in application software design and development.
Strong technical background with direct involvement in design and coding
Should be able to perform lead role in the entire life cycle of the projects, including meetings and discussions with the customers
Hands-on experience in ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#. BizTalk, Share Point Portal.
Manage technical aspects of the project. Resolve technical problems that arise in the project.
Coordinate with architects for clarifying technical problems.
Should be involved in Estimation, Code reviews, and CMM process.
