DDE Experience: 5 - 7 Years Skills: DD&E (Defects, Diagnosis, Escalations) Engineer Provide direct support to the Escalation Management Team on complex escalations for critical customers. Work collectively as a team where needed on complex issues across product lines to insure timely resolution of multiple platform issues. Provide technical help to escalation managers on critical customer action plans. Provide comprehensive documentation to Tier 4 and Development on cases that need higher level of involvement. Support of 3rd party products working with manufacture representatives, and provide onsite support where necessary. Qualifications / Experience: Demonstrate the ability to manage communications to customer at all levels. Strong analytical ability to quickly understand and diagnose complex problem cause Ability to orchestrate and coordinate Avaya technical resources in support of bringing resolution in complex environments. Will possess current certifications to highest industry and manufacturer levels, consistent with the level of expertise and knowledge required for this role.
